Registration Information and Abstracts
When visitors leave registration information and abstracts on the site we collect the data shown in the proper form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Media
Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. The images provided on the website retain all the rights and credits of the original data. The logos are reproduced with permissions.
Contact forms
Information submitted to us via the contact form will be used solely by the Workshop Scientific Organising Committee or Local Organising Committee for satisfying your request. If the request is related to reservation of a Guest House room at Akdeniz University, it will be redirected to the corresponding responsible person.

Who we share your data with
We can share your registration data (your title, name, professional affiliation and its address, abstract title) with the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (Tübitak), http://www.tubitak.gov.tr. By submitting an abstract to us you agree to make it available to the public immediately after the beginning of the workshop meeting. If you wish to limit its availability you have to inform the Scientific Organizing Committee of the Workshop explicitly in writing using the next contact form before the end of the Workshop.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. The information you provide to us through the website is transferred via the secured HTTPS protocol. All data is encrypted with a function that uses the master secret and pseudo-random numbers generated by each side.
What third parties we receive data from
We receive information about the current rate of EUR currency with respect to TL (TRY) in order to convert the costs stated on the Travel webpage in Turkish liras. The exchange rate data is provided for free via the Open Source Exchange Rates project, http://openexchangerates.org.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
Within the registration process, the user will receive a mail with an automatically generated link for activation his or her account at this website.
